Policies

To make your experience a great one, I have a few policies in place.

• Deposits -There is a non-refundable deposit fee of 25.00 to hold your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total and the remaining balance is due the day of service.

• Hair Is Provided for MOST Braid Styles- Please add in the notes your desired color, or text me a picture if your not sure what the color is called. Read the description to see if hair is provided for your desired style.

• Running Late- As always, I understand that things happen, I ask that you communicate with me as communication most likely will prevent the need to enforce these policies. There is a grace period of 10 minutes. Afterwards  a late fee of 20.00 will be added to your total. After 15 minutes, I will have to cancel our appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. These policies do apply to myself as well, I will most definitely keep in contact should I be late, and will discount your services if Im later 15 mins.

• Rescheduling and Cancelations-  Please try to reschedule your appointment 24hrs before your already scheduled appointment. Your deposit will be moved to hold your rescheduled appointment twice, after that your deposit will be forfeited and another one will have to be paid to schedule a new appointment. Late cancellations  (24 hours or under) is forfeit to your deposit and will not be refunded. I understand that things do happen, I ask that you stay in communication with me when emergency arise. 

• No Call-No Show-  Is an automatic forfeit of deposit.
